This 3 Tier Cotton Candy Cold Process Soap Cake was so fun to create. It is loaded with gumballs, macarons and sprinkles! The colors are amazing and that drip?!?!?!
This was really a lot of fun, it was a 3 day project but definitely paid off in the end. It weighs just under 7 pounds and I am really not sure if I will cut it or leave as is for a display piece.
First, I made the macarons out of melt and pour using Mad Micas neon pigments, Blue Shocker, Pretty Kitty & the purple was a mix of the two. They are such vibrant, beautiful colors. You can never go wrong with Mad Micas!
I think the drip on the top layer is my favorite part of the entire cake. I have never made a "real" cake with the drip effect so this being my first time and with soap, I think it came out amazing!
I really like the white piping on the second layer with the little gumballs made of melt & pour it just makes it pop! Of course I added Sparkle Plenty from Mad Micas to make it really shine!
As I said earlier, I am not sure if I will cut this soap cake or not, if you would like to see it cut, please leave a comment either here or on my YouTube video!
